Stamping and deep draw
Hydraulic and mechanical press stamping, including hydraulic deep draw stamping up to 4,000 tons.
How it works
Stamping forms sheet or plate between a punch and a die in a press. Deep drawing pulls the blank into the die cavity to make a cup, shell or pan from one piece, with no seams to weld.
MB Steel runs conventional hydraulic and mechanical stamping presses, with hydraulic deep draw stamping up to 4,000 tons, for prototypes and large production runs.
